This 6-day tour of Turkey’s historical, cultural and natural beauties awaits you with the most special villages, ancient cities and natural riches of the Aegean and Mediterranean. Through explorations in different regions, you will trace the traces of history and be captivated by nature.
We start our tour with our arrival in Izmir. First, we visit the ancient city of Ephesus. Ephesus is one of the best preserved ancient cities of the Roman Empire. We will visit historical buildings such as the Library of Celsus, the Temple of Artemis and the Grand Theater and be enchanted by the ancient world.
In the afternoon, we move to Şirince Village. Şirince is famous for its stone houses, narrow streets and wine. Here, you can taste traditional Turkish wines and stroll through the peaceful atmosphere of the village. In the evening, we check into our hotel in Izmir.
On our second day, we depart for Bodrum. Bodrum is one of the Aegean’s most popular vacation destinations and there are many historical treasures here. First, we will visit Bodrum Castle. In the castle, you can visit the Underwater Archaeology Museum and learn about maritime discoveries from ancient times.
In the afternoon, we visit the Ancient Theater of Bodrum. This ancient theater dates from Roman times and has an enormous view. We will stroll through the unique coastal villages of Bodrum and witness the beautiful nature of the Aegean. Accommodation in Bodrum in the evening.
Our third day begins by exploring Pamukkale. The white travertine terraces of Pamukkale are one of Turkey’s most famous natural wonders. Here, you can visit and take photos of this unique natural structure formed by hot water springs. You can also take a walk in the travertines and feel the relaxing effect of the hot water.
We will also visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, located right next to Pamukkale. This ancient city from the Roman period has a fascinating atmosphere with its historical ruins. You will have the opportunity to see important structures such as the ancient theater, baths and necropolis. The combination of Pamukkale and Hierapolis offers an unforgettable experience for both nature and history lovers.
On our fourth day, we explore Fethiye. First, we visit the world famous Oludeniz. This enormous lagoon is famous for its white sands and turquoise sea. You can take a walk here and enjoy the sea.
In the afternoon, we go to Kayaköy. Kayaköy is an abandoned Greek village with impressive buildings. We will walk through the stone houses of Kayaköy and witness the traces of the past. In the evening, we check into our hotel in Fethiye.
On our fifth day, we depart for Dalyan. First, we will visit the ancient city of Kaunos. Kaunos is famous for its ancient theater, temples and rock tombs. Here, we will learn a lot about the history and cultural heritage of the region.
In the afternoon, we drive to Iztuzu Beach. This beach is a breeding ground for Caretta Caretta sea turtles and is also famous for its clean sea and calm atmosphere. We will have a nice day relaxing on the pristine beach of Iztuzu. In the evening we will stay in Dalyan.
On our last day, we head to Kas. We visit the ancient city of Antiphellos and explore this small but impressive ancient city. Antiphellos was of great importance as a port city and there are ancient tombs and theater ruins.
In the afternoon, we take boats to the island of Kekova. Kekova is famous for its underwater ruins and we will explore the historical buildings in the area by boat. We will take a swimming break in the beautiful bays around Kekova and admire the nature of the region.
